- Chocolate + Raspberry Tart will be paired with the Ethiopia Sidama - the Ethiopia Sidama has deep berry notes and would pair extraordinarily with chocolate.
- Chocolate Chunk Cardamom Cookie will be paired with the Kenya Rukira AB - the Kenya has elements of clove and orange spice tea that will be really lovely together.
